Team First established in December 2009. Developed two townhouse sites in Burnaby and Vancouver. Collaborated with different builders and built over 50 single family homes in Vancouver, Burnaby Fraser Heights, South Surrey, and White Rock.  Our goal is to present you a home with newest technology but easy to master, a quality cozy place to grow your family also retire at your on home, a luxury design but not luxuirous. 

We have 3 foundational philosophy on each of the new homes we deliver. 

* Each house deserves a house plan which has gone through fire and water before it is released

* The way to have a quality lasting house has to have an excellent team working together not only builders but engineers and each trades involved

* Without an interior designer, we cannot discover the most possible beauty this house can achieve.
